Lucy est non seulement une professionnelle qui se donne coeur et âme dans son travail, mais aussi une personne qui écoute, comprend et surtout respecte ses clients. Malheureusement pour la vente de notre maison nous avons rencontré des agents immobiliers qui étaient tout son contraire... harceleurs, hableurs, et qui jusqu'à la dernière minute lors de la signature de la vente, se sont montrés d'une arrogance et stupidité sans bornes. (rassurez-vous ils n'étaient pas d'Optimhome, Stephanie et son collègue étaient adorables).Avec Lucy, tout s'est passé en douceur, l'achat a été fait dans la bonne humeur, Vendeurs et Acheteurs ont été satisfaits et heureux.
