I think you need to reevaluate the role your agents play and give them far more than 40% (I think that is what they get roughly) as the only part you have played is placing the original advert on leboncoin website and giving her your license to act as an estate agent! If I am honest I would be happy today 5,000 euros if I knew Lucy was getting the larger portion, but your company is just plain greedy!
